This one has the same problem. Even though it is a moving car, and already out-of-focus, the current pic is the frame that is a little clearer

Look at the frames then.

But what newer cars really need is a device that takes off the driver's cell phone, slams it inside the glove box and locks it until the vehicle gets on Park ..

That's actually a really smart idea! That should be an option for older car buyers. Naturally instead of washer fluid, one would use eyeglass cleaner! :D

AnimatronixX DEHmmm... OK, O'Gara is fine by me (more space in the extra info field :D), but I leave it an 1989, because we go by model year. Thanks for the update! :) 2019-10-20 00:35

Genny RUFor AnimatronixX: it's 1988,really builded for movie ,saled in Canada, but it's not NCE,this is O'Gara VIP edition ( very rare stretch for 1988-1990 ).Can See emblem O'Gara Coachworks on rear Extended roofline. 2019-10-20 00:25
AnimatronixX DETo answer truckface's recent question and all the other ones he didn't ask: It's a 1989, it runs, it's bolted to a Bombardier SV250 snowcat chassis, was apparently built for the movie, looks to be a former limousine by National Coach Engineering and the extra info field isn't long enough for all that. 2019-06-25 23:02

The vehicle was released in late 1996, and the movie was released in late 1997. So it could be a production Expedition, and not a pre-production Expedition test-mule.
