 eLMeR MH1947-55 Advance-Design truck with the 1947-53 grille and 2-piece windshield for sure. The ventilation pane on the cowl makes it a 1947-50 model while the 1-line hood side emblem could be the one of a 1947-49 one. A view from the right side of the truck would help to be more sure.

The hood seems to be the "flat" one of a heavy-duty 1½-ton (4100 / 4400) / 2-ton (6100 / 6400) truck. For the record, the "medium-duty" trucks of the Advance-Design truck line were the ¾- and the 1-ton models, the latter sharing its 137"/3.48 m wheelbase with the 1½-ton 4100 and the 2-ton 6100...

 Ddey65 USYeah, these have to be pretty rare. Unfortunately since they share the same body as the 1975–1979 Chevy Nova, Olds Omega, and Pontiac Phoenix of that period, regular maintenance is a pain in the ass.
