| dsl | World Cars 1985 is definite as just YLN 921 SGL for both text and a photo caption - no Bluebird attachment; all the other YLNs are just given as YLN xxx with no attached names (311 SD, 721 SD =4dr and 721 HB =hatchback, 807 GX). Maybe the name evolved as the range increased?? Unfortunately that 1985 edition was the last one published, so impossible to pursue. However I think the U11 code is the key bit of info, more than the different possible 921/Bluebird permutations so won't argue against "Bluebird 921". | 2016-02-09 18:13 | ||

Exiv96  | Except the "YLN" part wasn't featured anymore in the brochures or on the cars themselves at that time. Routières: Usage routier principal, sauf masochisme caractérisé. Trail: Usage routier, occasionnellement tout-terrain, et accessoirement frime. Quoique cet usage vaut aussi pour les autres catégories... Sport tout-terrain: Motos sportives à piloter en tout-terrain et franchement pénibles à traîner sur le bitume. Potentiel frime maxi en ville et sans casque, mais necessite un pilotage en mode mononeuronal. Chopper, sidecar: Faut vraiment expliquer ce que ça veut dire? Divers: Le reste, c'est-à-dire caïman rien. Catégorie à vider et dispatcher régulièrement... |
