Edit: bump up to 1979 as I believe I see a square badge below the emblem.

Gamer DEDidn't you read the comments? It's not a real Ferrari. 2021-07-25 14:50
Alienbishop GEThis is not a Pontiac Fiero, this is a modified Dino 308 GT4 or 208 GT4 (later Ferrari 308 GT4 or 208 GT4), and there's no doubt about this, it has modified roof, because 308 GT4 was never had a T-Top from the factory and rear of the car is widened, that's it. This entry should be corrected.

tonkaTRACKER a écrit Interesting, the 1991 brochure states that they are 'all new for 1991' I wonder if maybe it was a mid-year change...

Not sure which brochure you were viewing? Both the 1990 & 1991 I viewed said those mirrors were optional on the Silverado trim level[/i].

rjluna2 a écrit I think this is more likely F-250 SuperCab due to amount of suspension lift...

I tend to agree however how do we know this isn't a lifted F-150? Common to lift the F-100/F-150, however, the F-100 is negated by the SuperCab configuration.

eLMeR MHSuch trucks were not whole "chassis + cab" (chassis code xx03) ones, nor "chassis + cowl" (like the buses: xx02), but "windshield + chassis + cowl" (xx12). So an Apache 36 truck sold with such a configuration means a 3612 chassis code:

tom11OK, so what about listing as Ferrari 308 GT4 Replica? 2012-04-18 02:40
Sandie SXToo many details don't fit for it to be a real Dino. I agree it's probably not a Mera body conversion, but it probably was a Fiero to start with. Though I'd wonder why someone would build a replica of a 308 GT4.

Oh, and it's very common for Ferrari replicas to carry Ferrari badges. Legally wrong, probably, but like speeding people still do it.

tonkatracker USThere is no such thing as a Ferrari Dino 308 GT4, the make was either Dino or Ferrari, depending on the year 2012-04-18 01:42
tom11Thats definitely a Ferrari Dino 308 GT4, and nothing offered from the Pontiac factory. The Pontiac Fiero Mera never had a Ferrari logo on the gear shifter like this one does, or any Ferrari logos at all. The Pontiac Fiero Mera also had a completely different body, nothing fits http://www.chooseyouritem.com/autos/photos/667000/667189.1988.Pontiac.Fiero.jpg in fact, It has to be a real Ferrari Dino 308 GT4, because it has a Ferrari logo on the gear shifter, and Ferrari would probably not allow Pontiac or any kit-car company to put that on there. It is rather strange that it has a T-top, but I suppose that was just added on by the owner, its not uncommon to do so ;) 2012-04-18 01:30
