LSFourHundred ![]() | This vehicle makes its initial appearance at 38:46 in the episode. It is likely a 1993-1994 model, given the 16" rims and the second tone painted lower body trim. On 1990-1992 models, cars had black lower trims. It is visible in this episode as silver. Image of wheel: Image of painted lower trim: Misc. Images: -- Last edit: 2015-07-15 07:04:49 |

BrentMosher420 ![]() | I don't see a sidemarker; so this is probably from 1991-93, not 1988-1990. | 2015-04-05 07:01
Ford_Guy ![]() | The best route to take would indeed be to label all pre-77 GMC pick up trucks with standard beds as "Wide-Side." | 2015-03-31 05:58
eLMeR ![]() | The only brochure I found using the one-word writing is this Canadian 1973 one (it says General Motors of Canada - Printed in Canada at the bottom of the last page). Is the one you used a US or a Canadian issue? How is it written in other pre-77 brochures you can find? If seen just in non-US brochures, couldn't it be just a Canadian specific writing? It doesn't help, but this 1976 Canadian brochure also use the 2-word writing ![]() As far as I know, it is always written with an hyphen in all US pre-77 literature I found (oldcarbrochure, autolit, paintref). So my question is fair, I think: will it be accurate to write it in a single word for pre-1977 models if all illustrations of these models show the 2-word writing, except in some Canadians brochures? |
