unles its an angle issue, why is the speedometer indicating 10 km/h if the car is not moving ?


I don't know why is that, but it's normal since it's on every dashboard like this:

A documentary about VAZ, filmed by Lennauchfilm. Seems interesting, as it shows some prototypes too; but i'm not sure if it's accepted since there's not enough info about it, so i ask for approval after uploading several pictures
