dsl  | Film date a good match for official Mini relaunch in J from 1985, which used many unique-for-J model names, and this looks late 80s. Chrome bumper, so not their Mini Sprite (renamed from UK Mini City). J also had a "Mini Clubman" with normal front, but my book photo shows a white roof on a black example and headrests, so it may be high level trim similar to or above UK Mayfair. Other names mentioned are 1000 E, 1000 LE, 1000 HLE and 1300 S. I'd guess somewhere in the middle for this one so 1000 LE. |
