 993cc VA1st Daytona Spyder (prototype) 1969 s/n 12851 presented in Frankfurt. "Solar yellow" (Giallo Solare) with black stripe, later went to US, changed to pop-up lights, changed various colours after going back to yellow and original lights.

 dsl SXI think it's the Mk3 grille so brand spanking new in Sept 69. But the bonnet badge looks black Austin round (not the Mini shield), so Austin name was kept for D into the Mini brand era, similar to how it was retained for F for a couple of years. If there's a view of door windows it would help - either Mk2 sliders or Mk3 wind-down. 2019-11-12 00:32

 tore-40 NOSince a different factory (Porsche) has added their own details, it differs from the lower spec 914, indeed. Verified by the chassis numbers when found, such as /vehicle_653333-Porsche-914-6-Typ-47-1971.html

For your question, I don't have the answer, other makes and models are grouped under a common code as well. The only thing missing is a hit for those looking for the rare Typ 914 in the movies.		 2019-11-11 20:46

BMW 2002 in 1969 works livery of silver with red stripe. Not sure which/who #75 was, but they were used on several saloon races in German and European series. plus the 1969 European hillclimb championship.
