 It is Jelcz based on Star chassis (and with its cab). By what is visible it is Jelcz 028 or 003 w. body N-762 on Star A-26 P chassis. But it could be also customized/rebuilt during all these years.

To clarify things, they were just Star trucks, completed with a firefighting body in Jelcz factory, and hence designated so :)
