I think its the six cylinder model 115 |

It is a Packard 1937 of the fifteenth series.The picture is very blurred but it seems to have chromed hood louvres that would indicate a model 120C Touring sedan ( model 115's had painted louvres),produced september 1936 to september 1937. |

1936 Packard 120B Sedan Body 992 note the low windshield (37 was ~2 inch higher) and the bumper guards are flat top and bottom (37 had guards which are round on top and pointed on bottom). |
