Mercedes didn't change its models until the agreement with Volkswagen in 1965 concerning that from 1966 MY Mercedes would only make cars with a engines bigger than 2.000 cc while Audi (formely DKW) would only make engines which were less then 2.000 cc. That the above car is not a 200 can be seen on the rear lights.
