Also thought it was an Isuzu KB-series from the mid-80's to early 90's, but the more I look, the more it looks like a US-spec Nissan 800-series from the same period. The cab & roof shape, the shape of the rear taillights and the flat sides of (especially) the loadbed say Nissan rather than Isuzu. And don't the letters on the grill say Nissan, like they use to do at the time? -- Last edit: 2007-04-09 23:04:18 |

Here are some of the pics that made me wonder whether it could be a Nissan: http://www.schulthesscaravan.ch/occasion/images/Vehicule/NISSAN%20PICK%20UP.JPG http://www.austinev.org/evalbum/62 http://www.eastplaza.com/mem/dakota/accessories/index.htm (looks like the rear on pic #4?) Link to "www.buysell.com" http://www.associatefleethawaii.com/detail-1988-nissan-pickup-e_short_bed-870647.html (this is the one that I was thinking of - some don't have the slots on the front end of the bonnet/hood) http://www.epinions.com/auto_Make-1991_Nissan_King_Cab http://www.europcar.com.mx/flota/carseng.php?cat=SPE http://www.centralamericanvacations.com/nicaragua/cars/cars.html BUT Here we go: Link to "www.autos.com" - I think you're all right, it is the Isuzu... |
