 The chromed headlights are mounted too high for the Bedford compared to this KZ with painted headlamps /vehicle.php?id=24088

Also the body including the cab has a wartime (or immediately post-war) utility look about it,

I actual think this is an Austin K2 either built in wartime or converted like others from an ex-military ambulance chassis.
