T979ENV is a March 1999 Vectra. But this is quite clearly an Omega. With the facelift introduced in September 1999.

Going by the Nova and now this, someone must have been thinking "17 years from now some daft sods will be trying to work out what these cars are so lets mess around with the plates to confuse them!"
