The '78 Parisienne didn't have that grille (it was the equivalent of the US Bonneville that year). The '78 Pontiac Laurentian and Catalina did have the same grille but since this was filmed in California, there are good chances that it's a Catalina. BTW, the Catalina was also available here in the seventies but the even cheaper Laurentian wasn't available in the States. |

Another clue is the fleet wheels, as the Catalina was offered with a police package during the 60's and 70's. |
