Because if it does, it might possibly be either a 1988, or a brand new 1989 model. You know what bugs me? The plastic bumper can still be found in a 1987 commercial and brochure, but apparently not on Google Search (show only after 1988+ model). So I can't tell if the plastic bumper was actually optional for 1987 model years, or if that was just an early advertisement for the brand new 1988 model year.
