Picture is not very clear but looks like a M-type or K-type from the bonnet vents. There are similar (but not identical vehicles) here K-type http://ccmv.fotopic.net/p26085778.html a 1938 Bedford KD edit: ccmv now lists it as a Bedford MSC. M-type http://ccmv.fotopic.net/p27759748.html a 1939 Bedford MLZ. The registration 'BM' is for Luton/Bedfordshire.
