dsl ◊ 2016-12-06 18:09	Not a Cloud or Phantom but previous generation Silver Wraith of some sort. 123 HPP plate was mid-59, so a very very late one or a re-registration.
johnfromstaffs ◊ 2016-12-06 19:33	I think you are right with the Wraith, the high position of the air inlets in the front wings and the treatment of the headlights looks earlier than the Cloud. From what can be seen of the coachwork suggest James Young touring limousine, but not certain.
