Judging by the black windscreen wipers and the round matt-grey door window ( previously it was chrome ) I would say it's a 1975+ car. They mounted this rails under the car to prevent it from blocking the wheels in the wings. Obviously, they couldn't drive the car with the rails, they are missing in a scene some time later.
