No. They were made along side the[GMT400/480] in 1999 (last year for C/K 1500 [GMT400]) & 2000 (last year for C/K 2500/3500 [GMT480]). In 1999 the C/K was only available as an Extended Cab while the 2500/3500 was only available as an Extended Cab/Crew Cab/Chassis Cab.
