Well...
I think, that it's not domestic market Samara. Not Russian made, either.
1. It has "Euro-Panel" (visible on the thumb) which used for Euro-Samaras and Samara Baltics since 1997 when it started to made in Finland.
Some panels can be decorated with wood.

Also, it should have steering wheel with airbag, but there it missed - replaced by original "Low-Panel" steering wheel
which was replaced on the factory in 1997.
Domestic-Market "High-Panel" (basic) with new steering wheel looks like it (since 1997 too):

2. If we can see, welds between the roof and the body aren't visible - another detail which can make a difference with Domestic Samara and Euro-Samara/Baltic.
In Finland was different scheme of body welding, all welds after welding were carefully disguised (On Domestic versions it was visible).
3. This one has colour which was in official Valmet palette - Red Crown Metallic 114.

That's how it looks on a real car:

And, location of filming plays important role - Filmed in Saint-Petersburg.
There, in 90's, were lots of REexported Ladas from Europe. Baltics weren't out of it too.
Brought there as second-hand import (or as new cars from Showrooms) by individuals.

By these things, as for me, it should be changed to:
1997' Lada Samara Baltic (Make&Model) L 1.5 (Extra Info.) [21093-20].
Model origin - Russia, Made in - Finland, Made for - EU/FIN

P.S. For the "Made for" paragraph - Baltics sold in, practically, all European countries - Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland etc.; In all Scandinavian countries...
But, as for me, the best veriant is to change "FIN" - Finnish border is nor far from Saint-Petersburg, so...
