The one in your first link is incorrectly listed, it's a 1979.

Yes, it is 1979 facelift, wasn't able to find 1972 model other than on the site allready.

this 1973 Volvo B 57 VBK comes the closest and has round rear lights, too

I have difficulties telling the Arna from the VBK, so I cannot be much help there.

But I'm not convinced that at least the nearest bus is a Volvo. The reason why is the rear axle, and especially the centre, where Volvo's usually look like the one to the left (with bigger centre, while the Scania has a more narrow centre https://en.wheelsage.org/scania/b-series/pictures/g0okc1/ http://www.omnibuss.se/forum/index.php?topic=60697.0 .

But the problem doesn't stop there as Volvo and Scania didn't have oligopoly (only a few manufacturer share the cake) but the coach companies felt free to order from any where they could get the best price or avilability of spare parts. Hence also DAF and Mercedes were common and also Leyland sold a few.

DAF rear axle centre was more spikey http://www.alamy.com/stock-photo-1970-daf-a-1600-da-360-49852049.html . (I'm aware that the picture is from an HGV, but they usually shared the axles. Depending on how the bus was built.)

Mercedes axles look rather similar to the Volvo ones http://www.bus-and-coach-photos.com/picture/number8380.asp .

I belive the nearest bus is very likely a Scania.
