The general look of this car says it is a pre-facelift Series 50 Toyota Crown but the grille mesh looks wrong. Maybe a European model? I found a four cylinder RS50 model like it - http://www.klassikot.fi/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/toyota_crown.jpg - which is Finland? The series was made by the Riga Film Studio in Latvia (or, as it was, the Latvian SSR). Soviet film-makers often used locations in Latvia and Lithuania as stand-ins for western Europe, Britain and the USA, etc. IIRC, Japanese cars were not sold commercially in the USSR but were sometimes imported privately by foreign trade companies.
