pilou ◊ 2007-03-28 10:56	This is not a 1940 Buick but a 1941 Buick Roadmaster Convertible Model 76 C.Headlights are fully integrated in the front fenders ( in 1940 they were semi-integrated) , the lower sides of the grill curve inboard ( in 1940 they were straight) andit has the side chrome slat on the front fenders and double slats on the rear fenders.

The role of the vehicle is well known. It belongs to the couple played by Grant and Loy. This is their sole source of transportation between their dwelling in Manhattan and the new residence in Connecticut.
