dsl ◊ 2017-03-23 02:29	Should be slightly sharper now. Plate is EB 9215 = 1931 Ely issue, Cambridgeshire. Event is the veteran car parade through Southampton city centre. Is it still the same car given 2 years difference in apparent dates??
