 Silver Shadow - round mirrors of SS1 (and same colour as early Matchbox 24c SS1 as if it might have been an influence??) but straight bumpers and simple front details of SS2.

 Not a drophead coupe. It's ambiguous whether fixed head coupe or saloon, but I think saloon more likely.
