Very interesting station wagon version with a totally different rear door compared to the french version (and all others that I know)!!! It's a model year 1957/1958: standard front indicators, but still the lion on the bonnet. Was it specially made for the finnish market?

Could be a delivery van version, yes. They were, and are, lighter taxed.

Had read something in a old issue of Seventies'of Italian motor magazine about "pakettiauto" phenomenon in Finland: that magazine say that:..."pakettiauto"were virtually basic wagon model of a car range converted in vans;was enough simply removed back seat and fit a goods'dividing net or a wall with window for make register a ex-wagon like a"pakettiauto";in Finland the phenomenon was sunk'cause many drivers bought those cars registering those as"pakettiauto"to get circulation tax reduced easily, but then they would use the same car as a wagon for weekend's leisure simply refit back seat and dismantle temporarily dividing net ;by then,Finland's MoT claims that could be ascribed as"pakettiauto"vehicle category only the ones that don't have side or back windows(like any normal panel van derived by a wagon)"
(source:"Quattroruote"magazine,1973 July issue)

PS The phenomenon exist also into next Norway, where vehicles of that kind are named"varebil"(=goods vehicle)

PS2 In Finland could be"pakettiauto"only the wagons or that phenomenon was extended also at saloon cars with traditional trunk and hatchback saloons,BeanBandit?

No, sedans and hatches did not have enough last space to get thru the loophole.

But in the case of wagons with 5-doors,on a"pakettiauto"came exploited also side rear doors for loading/unloading operations,or those were eventually welded and vehicle was loaded only thru the rear hatch???...
