130rapid ◊ 2016-09-16 12:30	Pity a bit, they are using 'Rapid' name for such quite well but cyborg & low-cost car. Before WWII it was indicate Skoda premium line with wery modern cars, some with 6-cyl. engines. 80s coupe Rapid was slow alike Ford Capri 1300 however had extraordinary soul ;), engine sounded very well, and it got lovely, predictable steering & roadholding characteristic. On fast curves you can steered it using throttle, it's so joyfull.
AleX_DJ ◊ 2016-09-16 15:49	Before the launch some magazines stated that they were calling it Felicia, and maybe it would have been a more appropriate choice. Anyway, don't forget that they reused the name Rapid also for a three-box-version of the Fabia [5J] sold in India.
