Weasel1984 ◊ 2016-09-05 13:44	Someone played with black paint (to hide corrosion/results of repairs most possibly) - also I think even late utility 1100s (with factory black bumeprs) had grey and not black mirrors (at least French ones!) I think we can consider it as the older Dodge after modifications.
