Picture isn't of great quality, but it looks like the car doesn't have silver strip below side window = pre-1973 and doesn't have C-pillar vent = 1972+ The side strips were standard since 1973, but I bet the older 160 GT had them not only on promo-pics: http://pentastar.free.fr/Chrysler.htm Additionally there is no silver trim on wheel arches (typical for 180).
