Imported in Finland by Konela OY Firm,was in that Country also a better taxi and police patrol car's choice(for that last use,recall had seen a photo--on a French-printed book--of a fleet of Moskvitches of that type supplied at Helsinki's Police,all white with a "Poliisi"plate under roof's flashing beacon)

 All white? Then they must be the cars, which were donated for the traffic police back in 1967.

The 58 car fleet had several different models.

Volkswagen 1500, 11 cars
Volvo Amazon, 10 "
Opel Rekord, 10 "
