Defaulting to 1968, as also the 1968-69 side marker would be the easier to remove. Judging by the wipers' position, it is not a mirrored image. From the plain fenders, 1968-71. Whether mainland or Caribbean, there should be side markers. And bumpers, indeed. Panel Delivery. Defaulting to 1968, as also the 1968-69 side marker would be the easier to remove.
