Caused chaos and confusion as firstly OMP 183 = Berkshire Feb 47 - July 48 "allocated in blocks", and secondly OMP 183 reappears later on what we now know is a 1939 Packard. But So no idea why a 1947 plate is used - it doesn't match either car.
