Seems latest is "Y31 MCL is a silver 2016 Mclaren 570 S Coupe Auto with a numberplate first registered in Norwich in 2001." Earlier use on an MP4-12C in flag livery - http://platewave.com/Y31MCL I think they have a filing cabinet full of other MCL combinations they use in similar fashion.
