Bedford SHC 950gal Refueller (4x2) 1953 appears to be most numerious (80 plus made) compared with Bedford RLC1 (4x4) 1000gal Refuellers (about 23 made).

It appears they were all ordered within 18 months in batches but the earlier RL trucks were superseded by the two-wheel drive S-types.
