It looks like a Volvo F88 or F89 to me. |

Volvo F88, it has the smaller grille, which only the F88s had. The F89 had a wider grille |

The B in FB means twin rear axles. There were a G (and GB) as well, where the G meant the front axle were positioned slightly forward. |
