Depends on the year. When they stopped the sedan around 1983/1984 the wagon was just called "Sportwagon" instead of "18i Wagon". -- Last edit: 2007-03-11 23:34:45 |

Wow, totally forgot about those being imported to the US. They came here about the same time as the Fuego coupe. Nice find indeed. |

Yeah, that's right, I don't remember if it was an 18 Sportwagon or just Sportwagon however. My neighbor replaced it's Renault 12 with a metallic blue 18 sedan, I was a kid then but I remember there were many things wrong with his car when it was just a few years old (the speedo didn't work, he relied on the tach to approximate his speed and the reading light above the passenger side door didn't work either as I tried the switch!). He got rid of it over 20 years ago and I don't recall seeing another one since. The Sportwagons were more common but I haven't seen one lately. I do not remember having seen these wheels here. About the Sportwagon name, when they stopped the sedan they also dropped the "18i" name actually. |

They were hubcaps, i remember that there was one missing on the passenger side when he got rid of the car. |
