There were 2 types - a LHD-only turbo for Europe only 1979-86, and a RHD non-turbo made in ZA 1983-87 with the engine from the M1, only 209 made - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMW_7_Series_(E23)#Turbocharged_745i . This is RHD with a May 87 plate (although may not be original under HK system). So an unusual find if genuine, especially in HK.
