could be a 2002 convertible looking at the black stripes on the grille. You don't see these cars anymore in the streets today. Most convertibles left are 1600. greetz Guid02 www.bmw02.blogspot.com |

Nope, all Cabriolets (even the 1600s) were "Luxus" versions and had black grilles. Both of mine certainly were. It's a common misconception since there were only 200 built with the 2.0L engine compared to 1,682 with the 1.6L. |
