Plate looks like JC or JG 5xx (three numbers only). JC = Caernavonshire, JG = Canterbury so more likely and 5xx would be end 1929 or start 1930. (Or if JC 5xx was 1932)

 In 1935, East Kent Road Car Company had 29 new Leyland Tiger TS7 with registration numbers JG 5420 to JG 5448, this is almost certainly one of that batch. Coachwork by Park Royal.

Were this vehicle 1929/30 it would sport the earlier, squarer radiator. According to the site at the link, EKRC had no JG 5xx Tigers.

 Must be a JG 5xxx plate then. JG 5325 was first issue in that series in 1935, so this is early issue
