Virtually no export (that is outside Scandinavia) versions were sold with only one (Zenith) carburettor, but used the twin SU option. I believe the reason for that is that initially the export wasn't very successful, and to make the model more interesting Volvo added extra "bling" like twin colour and twin carburettors. I thouroughly believe this a 122 S(port). 1958+ as almost nothing can be seen from this angle to differ it from the 1959 MY.
