Sandie ◊ 2016-04-12 15:29	The outline Rover badge in the third thumbnail is the type used on the early SD1s. I think they changed it after only a couple of years (I think by about 1979). Those rims were also pre-facelift ones. It has been somewhat bastardised though.
dsl ◊ 2016-04-12 16:39	CS is Oct 81 plate and I think it has the pre-82 rear window. Front lights and bonnet are smaller pre-82 format (comparison). So how much earlier?? No badge on front wing between driver door and wheel arch for engine size suggests before Jan 80. Headrests suggest 3500 over 2600, and rear badge seems to start with 3, so fairly early 3500 for me.
