From the intertwined initials "PL" that you can see on the radiator grille, I'm guessing Panhard Levassor circa 1899-1903. See similar model:

Confused ....... 6393D

6393D is a DeDion Bouton?

The vehicle details for 6393 D are:

Date of Liability 01 10 2007
Date of First Registration 28 09 1934
Year of Manufacture 1904
Cylinder Capacity (cc) 858CC
Fuel Type Petrol
Vehicle Colour BLACK

But I believe "Panhard & Levassor" from PL logo.

That's strange... 1904 could well be for this Tonneau, this type of serpentine radiator and hood was used from 1900 till 1905. And because of the size of the hood, it will be a two-cylinder model. In 1904 therefore it has to be a 7CV [O2R] of which 45 copies were built and 28 exported. But this (smallest) model had an engine of 1648 cc...

Aye, if 1904 is not sure, it's still most probably a 7CV Tonneau from 1902-1905, chassis code [O2R].

According to this site - it's indeed 1904 De Dion Bouton... - http://www.lbvcr.co.uk/cars.cfm/CurrentPage/20/sort_type/car_entry_no

This one has to be a Panhard. It has PL on the front. Similar but not identical to this one - /vehicle_111669-Panhard-and-Levassor-24hp-1903.html

Googling pictures for "Panhard & Levassor 6393D" shows 6393 D on a selection of very different but very old things - example and another example. So nothing from the plate info is helpful here.
