 It can be anywhere between 1968-71.

 1967-72 generation, but with 1968+ side markers and 1967-71 "roof fixed" cab mirror indeed. It has for sure the bed of a short ½-ton model (no rear overhang): the Stepside bed gives it then the CS/CE10704 model code.
The fender emblem is at least a 1969+ model (red bowtie over a number for the 1967-68 version), and I suspect it to be a 1969-70 logo.
