There was local assembly of Cortina Mk1 and possibly early Mk2, but not as far as we know of Mk3. Most likely after UDI to be ZA-sourced - http://imcdb.opencommunity.be/forum_topic-8061-61230.html - as relationships with UK were definitely a bit jumpy in early 70s.
