It is must be version with long distance cab - "D". 417 was in regular production since 1983, but as in this case reg. plate doesn't look for black-Polish one, it will be a little later. Judging by this book, the 1st and biggest European export markets for this model were East Germany (since 1984) and Yugoslavia (since 1985).
