If 304, headrests were fitted - in UK at least - from Aug 75. However 204 had headrest mounting points from Sept 72 which I assume also applied for 304. |

^ I have a collection of Glass's Car Check books which are stuffed with such details. Assembled over the years from ebay, they used to be fairly cheap because no-one had really heard of them, but now they're becoming more valuable because DVLA accepts their chassis number evidence as proof for classic car re-registrations. |
