I'm guessing... is it a Bedford?

Leyland Laird or Terrier light truck 1970 (Pilot cab BMC from 1968). 'Leyland' lettering visible possibly a Terrier with Luton body, so cab tilt mechanism not used.

Looks a bit big for a Terrier (normally on 16" wheels and running at 7.5 tonnes) - could be a Laird or even a Clydesdale. It looks like it has a short Luton head on the body (wth a gap above the cab too) and so the cab can still be tilted.

Could also be a lightweight Boxer which replaced the Laird models from May 1971 (Laird only continued as tractor units in the UK and in some export markets).

Rounded front wing profile eliminates the Terrier and Laird which had smaller, flatter wings.

Medium weight Boxer from October 69 onwards

Boxer BX1425 14¼-Ton gvw truck or larger.
