I want to say 1999 was the first year for these. I have to research. I didn’t know these existed until recently. Export markets I believe call these K3000/K4000. Edit: okay was able to research further. Debuted November of 1997 for 1998 MY. Replaced the Kia Titan offered in 1.4 (1998-2000)/ 1.3 (2000/1-2004) and 2.5 tons.
