The Bundespost and nowadays the Deutsche Post exclusively got RAL 1005 at first since 1946, RAL 2021 after 1972 and RAL 1032 since 1986. Exclusively, because you cannot order this paint as a private person. So you always see, when a former Post-vehicle is repainted with yellow. These postal Hochraum-Kastenwagen were special Bundespost-versions due the walk-through behind the front seat. There's a special TÜV-regulation for it. This exception is also marked in the papers of the VW Caddy-versions, used as wheelchair-taxi. They also have a walk-through.
